MAT with NSVT

What is the rhythm interpretation?

Image 1

This is an irregular tachycardic rhythm with variable PP morphology and variable PR interval. So, this multifocal atrial tachycardia.

In the middle of strip is a wide QRS rhythm. Is this ventricular tachycardia or aberrant beats? The 9th QRS complex is a fusion beat. Its morphology in between that of the majority and the wide QRS beats. This means that the 9th QRS complex is that the ventricles are partially depolarized by a supraventricular impulse and a ventricular impulse or this is a fusion beat. So, this is ventricular tachycardia.

So, this is multifocal atrial tachycardia with an episode of non-sustaained ventricular tachycardia.
