Mobitz II with Very Long PRI

A 70 yo with h/o of HTN, DM and CAD admitted due to dizziness

This is sinus rhythm, first degree AV block (PRI 0.80 sec/800 ms and oh yes that's a very long PRI) with second degree AV block type II (Mobitz II). A pacemaker was eventually inserted.
